By uniting together, the members of Local 804 have shown the company and our Executive Board that we can and will stand up for what’s right.

We voted down a weak contract and stopped new pension cuts. We passed changes to the Local 804 bylaws that give members the right to more information on contract negotiations and our benefit funds.

We’ve launched www.804MembersUnited.org to give members the information they deserve. Our latest report reveals how our Health Fund lost $18 million and how money for our health benefits was diverted to the pension fund while members were kept in the dark.
